This is a one-mile hike up to a fire tower and one mile down for a total of 2 miles. It is NOT a simple walk in the woods. There are parts of the hike that are steep. It's very do-able and possible for you to take it as slow as you need.

Wishbeads Paper Bead Bracelets: Craft Your Desires

While you may associate wishing with blowing out birthday candles or tossing pennies into a fountain, wishing is actually a potent opportunity to connect to your heart and imagine what you truly desire. Not the material stuff, but the way you want to FEEL when you imagine your life as if your wish has already come true. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the entire process.

We’ll begin with a visualization meditation to inspire you to imagine your wish in vivid detail, then you’ll write that vision down on special paper that you then will turn into a paper-bead bracelet–like a vision board you wear on your wrist! In our modern, busy lives, we're trained to focus on what we don't want to happen (doom-scrolling and such) that we fall into a pattern of expecting the worst. By visualizing your wish, naming it, and writing it down in delicious detail–then crafting a wearable reminder of your wish–you suddenly have a tool to help you focus your mind and heart on your own version of fulfillment–reminding you to be present, grateful, and calm.
